Animals arrived safely and in great condition. Overall I'm very pleased. However, the courier service was not great. Arrived late (6 hours after quoted delivery time) and did not let me check the condition of animals on arrival. A case of "here's your box, see ya". Other than the customer service, my experience was a good one!
