Ordered hatchling starter set with wooden vivarium for my new corn snake and received the basic set. Customer service was quick to respond and very apologetic, they sent the correct product along with a return label for the incorrect one without fuss. Correct product arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. What really makes a company is how they respond to a problem and exotic pets were a pleasure to deal with!
