They offered lots of helpful advice, purchasing and delivery was easy to organize and on time, the animal a Common Snapping Turtle is in excellent shape and very friendly given its species I have not been snapped at once and arrived with a heat pad before 12am it was actually before 9am they arrived so spot on!
