I only bought some Lignocel and fake plants from the website, but the pricing on the Lignocel was good and the 12.5kg bag (these are big bags, around 100x50x30cm) was delivered to the house without any additional delivery charge - in fact delivery was free because the other bits pushed the order over the free delivery threshold.
Overall I can't complain at all, what I ordered for a good price was delivered in the stated timescale.
