Their website was clear and easy to use. Very easy to make my purchase and pay. I was very impressed when they called me to let me know they were going to have to delay the delivery due to the horrible snow. This is very understandable when it comes to sending live tarantulas and feed. They also answered any questions I had. When my delivery arrived it was packaged well, the tarantula was healthy and active. Very happy and will buy from them again.
