As this was the first time I'd used Exotic-Pets.co.uk I had a couple of chats on the phone with Karen before placing my order - she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with - great customer service.
My frogs arrived on the agreed date, in perfect condition and are absolutely superb.
