Would love to rate higher, but there was a distinct lack of communication on Exotic-Pets behalf. I waited almost a week for my order to ship, and it only shipped because I asked to find out what was going on. Turns out one of the items was not in stock, a replacement was offered so that my order could finally be shipped. Would have been nice to know either before or slightly after ordering that an item was not available, but suitable replacements had been found. Otherwise, I have no idea how long my order would have been waiting for the correct item to be delivered before finally being shipped. Besides that, everything was in order and I will most likely use them again if I need to order similar products :)
