Very good customer service, they were very prompt in replying to my email enquires, plus very pleasant and helpful over the phone. Delivery service was also great and no hassle. All the products I ordered came packaged very well and was all to a high quality. I also purchased a Royal Python hatchling which came in good health, with a dated log of previous feeds over its life. All in all a beautiful happy little snake and a very happy new customer.
