I hadn’t come across Exotic-Pets before, and I was very impressed. I phoned to check that they had stock of the Black Beauty stick insects and the lady explained that although they did, they wouldn’t despatch if it was too cold. I thought this concern for the welfare of the animals was excellent. They arrived safely a couple of days later, in perfect condition and very healthy. Will definitely use this company again.
