First time ordering from Exotic Pets and was impressed with the personalised and speedy customer service response to my request for a change of delivery address. Tarantula arrived exactly on the day and time stated, in super condition, packaged well, nicely warm, chunky and lively! Just had a molt today and looks beautiful. After being initially cautious, I would definitely use this company again. Excellent service and a lovely tarantula :-)
