Ordered a pac man frog and arrived on a Thursday lady I spoke to was very helpful called me to double check I have all the correct equipment to take care of the frog correctly also was willing to help answer my queries. Only bad side was the delivery service they use , the driver who called was rude however exotic pets them self where excellent
