I recently ordered a pair of fire salamanders and it was my first time buying let's online. I was worried it wouldn't feel very official and I would press a button and a few days later some pets would turn up. However, this was not the case; after submitting my order I got a phone call giving me a mini quiz and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. This made it feel much more official and felt I had been better prepared and checked than buying from a shop in person. In the future I will buy from exotic pets rather than a local shop.
