Order 5 items, 2 sets of food. 1 litre spider substrate and two tarantulas (OBT and pumpkin patch) of which neither tarantula was sent. Yet I was charged for both and haven’t been offered a refund. The box was intact with packaging untouched. And customer service was terrible, offering no support, saying “it was sent with the substrate and food” and had no response to a follow up email of the package wasn’t affected on the journey.
First time buying from this site and last time, would not recommend!!
