I received an email very soon after the order was placed stating that the item had been dispatched with a tracking number. It was 8 days before the tracking number registered on the carrier's website, almost at the point of delivery which left me unsure about whether the item has actually been dispatched. Any longer and I would have been contacting customer service to chase. Other than that, the item arrived well packaged and as described. The price was also excellent.
