My purchase of a Nikon lens was made in October 2014. I have only just today been asked to review your performance. Due to the very long time between the purchase and review, I could not remember your name or anything and was alarmed that someone else had my details and had purchased something in my name. So I had to ring your UK number to find out and it was ok, but you really must ask for a review much earlier to save people anxiety and time wasting.
