I've been using ExpertOption for a bit now. It's pretty user-friendly, which I appreciate. Started small with some USD/EUR trades and actually saw some profit. The educational tools? Handy for a newbie like me. But, I hit a snag with their customer support - took longer than I'd hoped to get a response. Just makes me wonder, how quick would they be in a real pinch? If the team's listening, how about ramping up support speed? Overall, not bad, but there's room to up their game.
