luiz was awful; he gave me slow responses that made it obvious he didn't know what he was doing, only sent links that didn't explain anything, and when I tried to withdraw, I got logged out until now. Until T O N E L I M I T E D got in touch with them and recovered my investment and profit, I was able to withdraw my money.
