I am a new parent at the Edmonton centre but so far they have been efficient. Initially Lucy was the manager but only got to know her for a while before she left. But Jess is wonderful and my children love her. They always look forward to going for their sessions. Explore makes learning enjoyable and they set targets which the children try to achieve. Fingers crossed it's worth it for the 11+ exams.
