Attempted to pay £0.90 for a classic CV as a one off payment. £29.90 was debited from my account, which I did not authorise. No explanation given as to why this happened from the customer service team, rather, a form provided to cancel a subscription, followed by an email advising there was no subscription associated with my email address (which is to be expected, as I did not sign up for a subscription). Reported to ActiinFraud. Avoid at all costs.
