I was acknowledged promptly and in a friendly manner when I arrived with a clear discussion about my requirements and arrangements for collection. The MOT was completed to schedule and I collected the car as agreed.
The online confirmation unfortunately did not record the the time of my MOT and neither did the text reminder, this would be useful as would the ability to add to google calendar etc.
