1st class service. Found the company on google listing the product I needed clearly with lots of feature information. I called customer services as I wasn't sure about using the kit with my existing kit. The advice given was clear, concise and the agent was polite. A great example of how customer services should be. I will definitely use Exteradirect again and would recommend them to anyone needing telephones etc. many thanks and keep up the good work.
