Reliable and high quality. I turned to Ex Why Zed after problems with other printers, and after doing two small print runs of my magazine, they have proven reliable, quick, fairly priced and high-quality in terms of the finished product. Moreover, they solve problems if any issues do arise: there was an issue with the delivery service on the first print run they did for me, and they switched delivery company as a result. During the latest print run I experienced no problems whatsoever: a very smooth process. The only criticism I might have is that, although communication is swift, it feels slightly impersonal as communication occurs via a general email address only, and there is no option to talk to someone over the phone (no phone number is made available). That aside - highly recommend!
