Have used Ex Why Zed for several projects now - mostly zines + zine-style brochures - and every time they've been extremely quick and efficient in quoting and then processing orders. They're quick to reply and helpful with feedback. Delivery is always reliable and swift and the quality of the finished product is 100% perfect. The guidance on their website for file set-up and print preparation is also pretty much foolproof and a great help too.
