Hi Janiece, thanks for letting us know. We recommend taking a loading dose of 6 pills per day for the first 10 days, then taking 2-6 softgels per day for at least 60 more days before determining whether the product works for you. The vast majority of our customers see results with this approach. In the rare event it does not work for you after following those recommendations, we are happy to issue you a full refund.
