I started using Eyetamins as suggested by my eye doctor about three months ago. I have noticed that my eyes are not nearly as dry as they had been before using the vitamins. It was not an amazing and huge difference, however it is a noticeable difference. My eyes still feel dry but not like the Sahara Desert!
