I purchased 6 bottles of drye eye comfort 8 days ago. Tracking says "Awaiting shipment" still. However it says I should have received by 11/2. Just wondering if/why package is not even shipped yet??? Told by cust. serv. that i need to wait until 11/16 and then they will "check into it" as they are having shipping problems. Should change shippers or alert people that they need to wait weeks ahead of time. Not happy as I am a return customer and spend tons of $ on these. Don't even know if they help but take them in desperation for my severe DED. Want my items or a refund...very poor customer service. Will be changing to another brand recommended by my doctor!
