Bobbie at the Reading garage was really helpful. I had purchased a tyre and booking online as my rear left tyre had a nail in it and I was uneasy about driving to the garage with my two young children in tow. Bobbie advised on arrival that he may be able to repair it but there was no guarantee, and on inspection he informed me that this was the case and organised a refund for the purchased tyre. I really liked Bobbie’s enthusiasm and honesty as many garages can take advantage just to get the sale.
