Customer service was horrendous. They deleted social media, disconnected their phones and stopped replying to emails. I and many other people are still awaiting orders that they have not shipped or contacted about regarding this. If I cancel my order it’ll incur a 10% fee (+admin fees IF they allow a cancellation) on something THEY are failing to provide but if leave the order I may not get anything or I can hope and pray it turns up??
