I was called immediately following my internet enquiry. The advice was prompt and useful and the documentation I had to provide was minimal with scanned copies acceptable. I received decision in principle within an hour and a formal offer in 2 working days. The advisor was personable and knowledgeable and found me a better rate than I found on moneysupermarket.com which suited my circumstances (which were slightly complicated). Can't fault the service.
