The advice received was balanced and helpful and the application process was straightforward. The process to gain an approval in principle was very quick. Completing the application to get a full mortgage offer was very slow, however, this was due to the volume of applications at the lender end rather than any failing from Fair Mortgages. Jo and Jenny responded very promptly to any queries. It might be worth considering a more proactive update approach though in cases that do take a long time. We would use and recommend Fair Mortgages again.
