I was shocked at the paper work involved when we have a property valued at £650000 and I was only borrowing £100000 plus other properties valued conservatively at £1.5m and it's still not finished because of a site reference No for the new by to let property ( not really your problem ) which I am trying to get to the bottom of.
Your staff have always been polite and efficient. It's the system that's in need of streamlining
