Having a less than perfect credit file, we went to Fairmortgages for independent advice and to get a mortgage we knew we could afford.
Tracy was responsive to all our enquiries, and I would consider myself a regular contact customer. After application Patrick worked tirelessly to get our mortgage application processed as quickly as possible as we needed a quick turnaround, Tracy was still there if we needed her to be.
