While I like the product, I received an XL instead of L. I have never ordered XL so I was confused but when I tried to return it, it took 4 days to get back to me with the instructions. Unfortunately, I had to travel and hence was not able to return it. A bit disappointing to say the least. The color was acceptable but not the same as the photo however this has happened a couple of times as I have ordered a number of similar sweaters.
