After months of stress and worrying- we were given expert advice with empathy and understanding and were guided through what became a very smooth process to give us a better quality of life whilst still maintaining our pride. Every advisor we spoke to gave us constant reassurance and explained everything thoroughly- repeated and explained areas we weren't sure about- always ensuring we were happy with their suggested proposals. It was also very reassuring to be told when to expect the next phone call and the name of the person who would be calling and the nature as to what information we would be discussing.
