The initial contact after I visited the website was very prompt and from the start the service was excellent. Cilla was friendly, understanding and very supportive in what was a horrible situation. By the end I felt so much better about my debt situation and my future prospects. I have actually recommended contacting Faith to a work colleague in a similar situation to myself, which I think says it all!
