Very pleased with the service. I put myself in a situation where I didnt see a way out from. One night I decided to search over the internet and I found Bobby. I am very uncomfortable to talk on the phone at first and there was an email option , which made me way more comfortable . Once came to phone talk I was so calm and confident. First I didn't wanna go ahead but thank you so much Bobby for not giving up on me. You are a star. The best thing I could get myself into. He sorted everything out for me. Whenever I had a question he was always there for me. Very polite and understanding. My IVA was approved and only can thank to him because he did most of the work. Cannot thank you enough Bobby. I would highly recommend them because they will be there for you whenever you need them and will never make you feel bad for a minute.
