I had been using Fargoinvestor for a couple of years. I decided to open a card with bitmaex and submitted a document to verify my place of residence. The next morning, I received a message stating that they believe the documents on my account are not mine. This is absolutely absurd. I cannot withdraw my funds, and customer support simply tells me to "wait." Years of positive experience were wiped away in an instant. The staff are terrible and incompetent, FOSTERBOON.ORG has gotten me my money with the help of my wife. I am deeply disappointed in Fargoinvestor.
