We’re absolutely delighted with our table and chairs from the Farmhouse Table Company! They’re beautiful to look at and a fantastic piece of craftsmanship. Sam was so helpful, letting us visit the workshop, advising on colours and responding swiftly and clearly to all emails. The delivery guys were equally brilliant. Sam let us know the date they expected to deliver when we ordered. They then followed up as he had promised with a phone call the week before and a confirmation email. They turned up punctually as planned and were polite and helpful, rounding off a really pleasant, positive and stress-free customer service experience.
