Same as previous comments below. Not friendly, not interested in their customers. Very poor Interaction with customers.
The sign of the door explains 1 in 1 out (can be a couple) how ever there was a family of 3 and another couple in the showroom! That’s breaking their rules!! Very confusing.
Love going to the show room but not today. Will not visiting the Wilmslow showroom again. They do not represent the quality of Farrow and Ball. Very poor.
