Items took an age to arrive. Was told they were despatched then I was told they weren't even in stock yet days later. Paid 2 contractors to stand around for two days while we waited for items to arrive that hadn't even been shipped. Cost me over £300 of my own money and I'm now 3 days behind in my diary and having to let customers down.
Lesson learned, will never use facias.com again.
