The app may be great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. The company bottom line is more important than doing the right thing. Their policy is so stiff that they refuse to refund a payment (that should never have been taken) so that a single mother can provide the necessities her baby needs. There is apparently no room for compassion when it comes to the needs of a child. Instead of choosing to help, they offer an entire year's access free like that is going to pay for formula now. Note in the emails how they keep offering a year of free access instead of helping a child eat.
