The App is great if fasting is for you.
However the customer service you receive is appalling. I was no longer able to use fasting as a diet option so uninstalled the app. Today I was charged £53....a renewal fee!! No email to remind me a renewal was coming up!!
Having explained my situation and asking for a refund. I was met with zero empathy and a dream of automated responses that's didn't listen to my individual case just banged on about policy.
Such a shame that a great app is let down by such poor customer service.
