Misleading cancellation when trying to cancel a subscription. I realised I hadn’t cancelled and on the same day asked for a partial refund which the team were unwilling to refund me on. Be careful taking a trial as I was charged £36 a month and didn’t realise I hadn’t cancelled. Beware and don’t make the same mistake I made.
