Absolute scammers to avoid at all costs. Requested a refund with 15 minutes of purchasing as I was told all eating plans were included at time of sign up just to discover there was an additional payment required to access this information which was totally misleading. Have requested a refund several times just to be repeatedly told that I do not meet their refund guidelines. This company is a sham and should be investigated as refusing refunds is illegal and they hide behind their so called refund policy which basically says nobody is entitled to a refund for any reason what so ever. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
