Ordered product Wednesday, promising Thursday delivery. It arrived on Friday, with no delivery options or timing, and had been badly damaged. Fastfix were useless, and told me the best they could do was collect it the following Tuesday, and send another the following Wednesday - a week after it was due.
Zero customer care, zero effort made, poor service.
