I ordered a jacket at the beginning of December and was emailed a few days later to say it was out of stock but would be back in stock a few days later, and then posted. It is now 29th December and the jacket has still not arrived. I have emailed numerous times with no reply and called repeatedly but the phone has never once been answered.
