Absolutely appalling quality. Logos were not printed well at all, and pens themselves were scruffy.
So disappointed.
These are not acceptable to give to customers, I would be genuinely embarrassed to.
Didn't receive a satisfactory response when I reached out - felt that the team were dismissive and didn't care.
