I requested a phone call/text before delivery to ensure I was at home to receive the package. I did not expect a phone call when I was out, from the delivery driver stating he was outside of my home getting no response. We agreed for him to leave the package by my front door following a text from myself stating this. When I returned home there was no package outside my house, I phoned the driver to ask if he left it at the correct house. He wasn't sure and said it could be with a neighbour, I said I would let him know. I tried two neighbours who did not have it and then a third neighbour took the parcel in saying that when they came home it was left on THEIR doorstep without any contact from the driver. Surely the driver can read numbers, it appears he didn't even call at my house but one three doors away. Re training required I think. The product is still in the can, but lets hope it does a better job than the delivery driver. I phoned the driver to tell him the happy conclusion, he was pleased.
