Firstly, they barely ever answers the phone. Secondly, the owner gives shockingly bad advice and is a bit of a chancer. His team is nice though especially the customer services lady who was great at dealing with mistake they made with an order however, the technical advice he gave me regarding a product was incorrect. He processed my order wrong and then tried to convince me the product he sent accidentally was in fact the correct thing to use, it was not. I will never use them again. And feel obliged to inform everyone from professionals (like me) to D.I.Y.ers to stay away!
