Absolutely shocking service. I understand that we are in a pandemic but in order for companies to survive in this 'stay and age' they need to be efficient at sending out orders, otherwise don't bother having an ecommerce site.
I ordered a jumper for my son 2 weeks ago and still not here. You can't telephone anyone as they are not offering telephone support and if you send an email it takes up to 5 working days to respond. By the way winter will be over by the time I recieve the order!!
